🚨 Important Booking Policy Update To all of my wonderful clients, First, thank you from the bottom of my heart for trusting me with your hair and for supporting my small business. Every appointment means more to me than you know, and I'm truly grateful for each of you. To continue providing the quality, care, and personalized experience you deserve, I will be implementing an updated booking policy effective immediately. ✨ Booking Deposit A 30 % non-refundable deposit of the total service price will be required for all color and chemical service appointments to reserve your scheduled time. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. If you need to reschedule and provide at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment. ✨ Cancellation Policy Please notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total before another appointment can be booked. I completely understand that true emergencies happen. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out to me. Communication goes a long way, and I'm always happy to work with you when circumstances are beyond your control. Why the change? When you reserve an appointment, I'm reserving that time just for you. I also purchase and prepare professional color, products, and supplies specifically for your service. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave time in my schedule that often can't be filled and create unnecessary losses for my business. As a one-woman business, every appointment matters. This policy helps me continue offering the personalized service, premium products, and quality results that you expect from BCR Hair Solutions. I value your time and promise to always respect it.
